<div itemprop="description">It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Clem, on Sunday, September 30th.&nbsp; <br /> <br /> He was predeceased by parents Hubert (1956) and Blandinna (1979), granddaughter Abigail (1996), brother Ben (2007), sister Lorraine (1940), brother Alfred (2011), sister Virginia, brother Francis (1923), and brother John (1924).&nbsp; <br /> <br /> Clem is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Margaret; children, Rick (Jamie), Barry (Nicole), and Terri; grandchildren, Michael, Alexa, Joshua, Ashley, and Sam; brothers and sisters, Gilbert, Lorna, Allen, Urban, Mary, Melvin, Emil, Ermia, Ted, Leonard, and Louis; and numerous friends. <br /> <br /> About 11 years ago, Clem started Cedar Tire. With much help from his son Barry and later his son Rick, Cedar Tire has become a well-known and successful business in Nanaimo.</div>
